At Hotel Miralles we are especially proud of our restaurant, Miralles, also known as Nurianna restaurant in which we apply a close family treatment that is part of our philosophy, compiling a cuisine with products of proximity, not forgetting the traditional dishes with first quality products and careful elaboration, with the aim especially, to bring the products of our land in of which we are proud, to our guests. All wrapped in a cosy atmosphere and wants to envelop the guest to a rural environment, presided over by a wood flame stove where we elaborate in the most basic and traditional raw materials with that unmistakable flavour of charcoal.
We bring the flavour and rural warmth of our land to our guests, not forgetting the latest gastronomic trends, which our chef always makes present in our menu.
